Terms of Service
This agreement is a binding contract between you and AnymHost. Please read all terms carefully before using our services.
Registration & Data
Every customer is required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Customers must use a valid and active email address, as it will serve as the primary means of official communication. Customers are fully responsible for the security of their accounts, including maintaining password confidentiality. AnymHost is not liable for any losses arising from the customer's negligence in managing their data or account access.
Billing & Payment
Customers are required to pay service invoices at the applicable price before the due date stated on the invoice. If payment is not received on time, AnymHost reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service. If payment is overdue by more than 14 (fourteen) days, the service will be permanently terminated, and data recovery after this period may incur a late fee of up to 400% of the service cost.
Service Duration
Services will be activated automatically within minutes or at most within 2 x 24 hours after payment is verified. The subscription period will be automatically renewed (auto-renewal) for the same duration, unless the Customer submits a written cancellation request at least 14 (fourteen) days before the renewal date. If the service is not renewed for more than 2 (two) months, or if the account is involved in serious violations, AnymHost reserves the right to permanently delete all customer data without obligation of return.
Prohibited Use
Customers are strictly prohibited from using AnymHost services for any activity that violates the laws of the Republic of Indonesia or applicable international law. This includes, but is not limited to: distribution of pornography, online gambling, hosting copyrighted content without permission, fraud, phishing, spamming, and any form of hacking or actions that compromise server stability.
* Violation of these terms will result in immediate service termination without refund.
Guarantee & Refund
AnymHost provides a full money-back guarantee (100%) if the service experiences technical issues within AnymHost's infrastructure that cannot be resolved, within the first 30 (thirty) days of purchase. This guarantee does not apply if the service failure is caused by user error or if the Customer is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee period will not be processed.
Service Termination
AnymHost reserves the right to terminate services, either temporarily or permanently, if unreasonable server resource usage (resource abuse) is detected that disrupts other users. Failure to provide requested verification documents or repeated violations of content rules may also result in unilateral service termination without compensation.
Ethics & Conduct
Customers are required to maintain courtesy in every interaction with AnymHost staff. The use of profanity, threats, intimidation, or demeaning language in support tickets, emails, or any other communication channels will not be tolerated. Violation of communication ethics grants AnymHost full authority to refuse technical support and to block the offending customer's account.
Backup & Migration
Although AnymHost provides daily to weekly data backup facilities with limited retention as an additional feature, the primary responsibility for data security remains with the Customer. We strongly recommend that Customers perform their own regular backups. Regarding migration, we provide free hosting data transfer assistance according to service terms. For operational and stability purposes, we may change IP addresses or server hardware at any time.
Changes to Terms
AnymHost reserves the right to modify, add, or remove provisions in this agreement at any time without obligation to provide prior personal notification. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, the Customer is deemed to have read and agreed to the new terms.
SLA & Service Credits
AnymHost guarantees 99.9% service availability (Uptime) each month. If this target is not met, Customers are entitled to submit a Service Credit claim as compensation. Claims must be submitted within 7 (seven) days after the disruption incident occurs. This guarantee does not apply to disruptions caused by external factors (Force Majeure), scheduled system maintenance, or configuration errors on the Customer's side. Credits provided can only be used for AnymHost service transactions and cannot be converted to cash.
Law & Enforcement
AnymHost is exempt from all claims for indirect losses, such as loss of business profits or data loss, that may be experienced by the Customer due to service disruptions. In terms of law enforcement, we reserve the right and obligation to provide customer data to the police or other law enforcement authorities upon valid official request based on applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
